INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF THE GRANULATE<\/h4>\n

Miracles can only be achieved by the ” lasnaad uit de fles” if the surfaces have been prepared in the right way. For this, the breaking point must be free of all dirt and\u00a0 absolutely be dry. The HG Cleaner is recommended for this. Old adhesive residues must also be removed. If necessary, the breaking point can also be roughened.<\/p>\n

2. SCATTER THE GRANULATE<\/p>\n

The 2 broken parts are now joined together and the granulate is applied with a powder height of 2 mm. In the case of cracks or fissures, the granulate is also finely scattered. Without the industrial adhesive, there is no chemical reaction yet. It is also possible to fill missing material such as a hole with granulate. Simply use adhesive tape to make a formwork. Each layer must not exceed 2 mm.<\/p>\n

3. APPLY INDUSTRIAL GLUE<\/p>\n

In the next step, the granulate is soaked with a few drops of glue. This should be done carefull because the two substances eill react immediately with each other on contact. The weld seam becomes stronger as more layers of granulate and glue are applied. For maximum adhesion, the seam must be applied to the front and back of the fracture.<\/p>\n

CURE THE CONNECTION<\/p>\n

After only a few seconds, the welded seam reaches its full adhesive power. When the chemical reaction is complete, the seam can be ground, drilled or painted immediately. Depending on the material, the final strength of the fracture may vary.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
