THE APPLICATION OF THE HG INDUSTRIAL ADHESIVE

1. CLEANING THE SURFACE

In order to guarantee an impeccable and durable connection, it is essential to remove the breakage of all impurities. The parts to be bonded must be dry, clean and free of glue residues. The HG cleaner is suitable for complete cleaning.

2. APPLYING THE INDUSTRIAL GLUE

In order to ensure that the industrial adhesive does not get dirty and that no undesired glue residues remain, the HG Extreme must be dosed thin and accurate. The adhesive may only be applied to one side of the fracture.

3. CONNECT BROKEN PARTS

A cyanoacrylate adhesive obtains its strength through a strong contact pressure. For this, the two sides to be glued must be carefully and precisely joined together and compressed vigorously. As long as no pressure is exerted, the glue remains liquid and small corrections can be made.

4. DRY THE INDUSTRIAL ADHESIVE

Without the admixture of the granulate or an HG activator, the fracture must rest unloaded a few minutes after glueing, so that the adhesive can develop its full force. This is the only way to guarantee a stable connection.
