If you have ordered and paid for products through our website, we will process your order within 24 hours. (on working days)We strive to deliver your order the next day if you order before 3 p.m. on weekdays. (we are dependent on package services in this regard). If we use track & trace, you will receive a message by email so that you can track your package online.

We do our best to deliver our items to you in good condition. However, it can happen that an order breaks during transport or that there is something else that makes you claim under warranty. We request that you report this to us within 14 days after the defect has been established.
