The white and finely ground powder in combination with the HG-Extreme industrial adhesive creates a super solid weld seam that lasts forever, even under heavy loads. The combination of the two components creates a chemical reaction, which we call “lasnaad uit de fles”. This bonding is many times more stable than the conventional glues.
Areas of application of the “lasnaad uit de fles”
Our HG-Extreme industrial adhesive in combination with the welding powder connects almost all materials permanently. Even holes and cracks can be glued easily and firmly with the “lasnaad uit de fles”. Even missing materials or wires can be repaired by this unique combination, because the adhesive can be mechanically processed after curing and can even be ground, drilled and painted.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF THE GRANULATE
Miracles can only be achieved by the ” lasnaad uit de fles” if the surfaces have been prepared in the right way. For this, the breaking point must be free of all dirt and absolutely be dry. The HG Cleaner is recommended for this. Old adhesive residues must also be removed. If necessary, the breaking point can also be roughened.
2. SCATTER THE GRANULATE
The 2 broken parts are now joined together and the granulate is applied with a powder height of 2 mm. In the case of cracks or fissures, the granulate is also finely scattered. Without the industrial adhesive, there is no chemical reaction yet. It is also possible to fill missing material such as a hole with granulate. Simply use adhesive tape to make a formwork. Each layer must not exceed 2 mm.
3. APPLY INDUSTRIAL GLUE
In the next step, the granulate is soaked with a few drops of glue. This should be done carefull because the two substances eill react immediately with each other on contact. The weld seam becomes stronger as more layers of granulate and glue are applied. For maximum adhesion, the seam must be applied to the front and back of the fracture.
4. CURE THE CONNECTION
After only a few seconds, the welded seam reaches its full adhesive power. When the chemical reaction is complete, the seam can be ground, drilled or painted immediately. Depending on the material, the final strength of the fracture may vary.
